2. Start Doing Yoga

Doing a physical activity of any kind would be a game-changer. Yoga does have some remarkable physical and mental benefits. It helps increase flexibility, increase in muscle strength, improves respiration, energy & vitality to name a few. It can be easily done in your living room, a bonus point I might add.

3. Start Eating Healthy

Eat more green

Eating right is the first step towards loving yourself. Not treating your body with respect in terms of the kind of food you consume will have serious implications on your health. It will affect your mood, your energy everything. Knowing what’s good for you and in which quantity is also vital. Consume high fibre items to maintain the health of your digestive system and heart.

4. Join a Club

Pick a hobby

Choose a hobby. Pursue it. And join a club. It can be a Bookclub, Gardening Club. Doesn’t matter what kind of club you choose. It is of vital essence that you are a part of a social group. If are not, don’t be afraid to start now. You can even start taking a class. Imagine having a white canvas, you can paint it any colour you want.

5. Sleep Better

Take proper rest

Giving time to your body to relax and revitalize is quite important. If you aren’t getting enough sleep it will somehow show on your face. Don’t be afraid to sneak in a couple of extra hours of sleep. If your body is properly rested, you will feel good too.
